Located on “historic” Fourth Street directly across from the Ronald Reagan Federal Courthouse Building, West End is being designed as a mid-rise mixed-use building consisting of five loft-style plans with large operable overhead door, commercial storefront windows and concrete floors with corrugated metal decking at the ceilings.
